Early this morning, the city of Lawrence celebrated the launch of Second Banreservas Real EstateExpo, generatating great Interest and opportunities for the community.
With a remarkable turnout and the participation of key Representatives from the financial and real estate sectors, the expo continues to strengthen economic prospects for residents.
From the municipal government of Lawrence, Mayor Brian A. DePeña welcomed executives from Banco de Reservas, led by its president, Samuel Pereyra, and its senior executive vice president for administration, José Manuel Almonte. During the meeting, the mayor emphasized the importance of the expo in providing city residents with access to investment, financing, and growth opportunities.
Additionally, the mayor took the opportunity to remind Banreservas executives of their commitment to establishing a branch in Lawrence, a widely supported request from the community. Both the president and the vice president of the institution reaffirmed their dedication to making this initiative a reality.
The event also saw the participation of various construction companies and real estate professionals, who highlighted Lawrence as a strategic hub for channeling real estate investment into the Dominican Republic. The fair has been well received by the community, serving as both a business platform and a driver of economic development, strengthening connections between institutions, entrepreneurs, and residents.

Lawrence celebra el éxito de la Segunda Expo Inmobiliaria de Banreservas. Al mismo tiempo, los ejecutivos de Banreservas reafirman su compromiso de establecer a Lawrence como la ubicación de la tercera sucursal en los Estados Unidos.
Con una notable afluencia de asistentes y la participación de importantes figuras del sector financiero e inmobiliario.
